Junior Academy

Overview

Our junior golf program is built upon the expertise of the Titleist Performance Institute, which has many years of experience working with junior athletes around the globe. A fundamental aspect of our program is understanding the growth and development phases unique to junior athletes. By focusing on these developmental windows, we ensure each session is tailored to provide juniors with a safe, enjoyable, and positive experience, fostering a lifelong love of golf.

Learn to Play
            Ages 9 -11

In this phase, juniors build on their movement skills while being introduced to more sport-specific abilities, such as those required for throwing, striking, targeting, and wrist release sports. Golf-specific skills progress to an intermediate level. The curriculum continues to emphasize speed, mobility, and stability development, and basic light functional strength body weight exercises are gradually introduced. Training sessions remain 90 minutes long and occur once a week over a 12-week semester.
