Starts with a Free Titleist Performance Institute physical movement screen. A simple check to look for challenges that may be currently limiting your body-swing connection. It is better to know which challenges to address than to guess. Custom exercise and stretching program catered specifically to help address your unique needs. Work in partnership with golf coaches to develop cohesive program.

Level 2 – Strength, Speed and Power

A progressive training methodology across all genders and age groups. Moves beyond the foundation of mobility and stability to build on strength, then speed and finally power specifically golf improvement focused.
